Why Tune Your Piano?

Perfect Pitch Piano Tuning was founded on one key principle: You will enjoy playing your piano more if it is in tune.Pianos need regular tuning at least once or twice a year, as recommended by manufacturers. Many people go years or even decades without getting their piano tuned, but fortunately they can often be brought back to life, if given proper care. I firmly believe that a piano that is kept in tune is far more enjoyable to play, and makes learning much easier.

Services We Offer:

Standard Tuning

This is the tuning which should be done every six months. A standard tuning includes adjusting each string back to concert pitch, creating an equally tempered scale all of the way up the piano.

Pitch Raise

Sometimes when a piano has not been tuned for a long time, all of the notes have dropped considerably lower than concert pitch. In order to correct this, tuners must essentially tune the piano twice in order to get the notes to stay in their correct positions. This service is recommended on a case-by-case basis.

Piano Cleaning

Clean pianos are not just about looks - a pianos longevity and playability are directly tied to how well they are maintained. You may be surprised what is inside your piano, whether it be coins, pencils, or just a lot of dust. This thorough service will make sure nothing is inside your piano that shouldn't be.

Repairs

Inside the piano action are thousands of moving parts, and it often takes a professional to properly diagnose and fix the issue.
